These Terms govern your complete interaction with the root domain autofiti.africa, all dynamically mapped country subdomains (e.g., ke.autofiti.africa), and all custom regional top-level domains integrated into the unified AutoFiti classifieds network.

By registering an account, uploading automated vehicle stock data files, formatting custom information fields, or initiating communication with other users through our interface, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision contained herein. If you do not accept these parameters in full, you must instantly terminate your connection to our servers and cease all site activity.

2. Absolute Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

AutoFiti's administrative infrastructure, data processing nodes, and corporate frameworks are anchored, managed, and legally registered within East Africa. Regardless of the regional country profile from which you access the Platform, the localized domain suffix used for your session, or your target local trading currency, these Terms shall be governed by, interpreted under, and construed strictly in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Any conflict, contractual breach, tort dispute, structural liability claim, or legal litigation arising directly or collaterally out of your platform account actions shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts located in Nairobi, Kenya. By using this service, you provide your unconditional, irrevocable consent to this venue assignment and completely waive any right to claim jurisdiction, convenience blocks, or legal trial parameters in any other nation, state, or regional territory.

3. Platform Nature & Vehicle Verification Disclaimers

Users explicitly recognize that AutoFiti operates purely as a passive, high-performance web hosting directory and classifieds engine for automotive assets. AutoFiti is not an auto dealer, vehicle manufacturer, auction house, shipping handler, or legal escrow agent. We do not physically possess, inspect, verify, store, transport, or validate the mechanical status or legal registration clean-title safety of any car, truck, multi-axle prime mover, tractor, or tyre item listed inside our directories.

All contracts, price agreements, component fitment tests, local logbook title verifications, and physical money exchanges occur exclusively off-site between the buyer and the seller. AutoFiti gives no warranties, explicit or implied, regarding the commercial merchantability, roadworthiness, accurate mileage readouts, engine cylinder health, or import tax clearance status of any asset listed. You trade entirely at your own financial risk.

4. Comprehensive User and Dealership Posting Rules

Sellers and commercial yards must strictly maintain compliance with the following inventory standards. Violation results in instant, permanent account ban frameworks:

• Legal Ownership: You must hold valid legal logbook registration documents or explicit, authorized dealership consignment contracts for every vehicle listed. Cloned vehicle identification numbers (VINs) or fake registration plates will trigger immediate database removal.
• Data Precision: You must truthfully fill out the mandatory universal custom fields. Intentionally misrepresenting a vehicle's Steering Position (LHD/RHD), hiding an In-Bond/Unpaid Stock tax status, or winding back digital or mechanical Mileage (km) metrics is categorized as a severe breach of contract.
• Media Integrity: All images uploaded must represent the actual asset for sale. The use of deceptive stock graphics, stolen listing images from international export yards, or highly altered cosmetic renders is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, Invoices, and Refund Restrictions

While basic entry listings are free, AutoFiti monetizes via premium listing boost tools and automated dealership subscription storefront slots. All pricing metrics are definitively established, tracked, and contractually baseline-anchored in United States Dollars (USD) to preserve cross-border accounting stability across all mapped African subdomains. Local currency values shown on the front-end are calculated dynamically based on daily exchange rates.

All advertising fee payments processed via our integrated API nodes—including M-Pesa Daraja, Flutterwave, Paystack, Stripe, and PayPal—are final, non-negotiable, and completely non-refundable. AutoFiti does not offer credits or partial chargebacks if you choose to delete your car ad before its promotional duration expires or if your account is banned for violating safety rules. All recurring dealer plans are invoiced in advance and must be maintained to keep your digital shop space active.

6. Liability Caps, Indemnification, and Corporate Safety

To the absolute maximum extent permitted under the Laws of Kenya, AutoFiti, its structural directors, workers, and network developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, accidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes financial losses, vehicle theft, mechanical breakdown accidents, or physical violence stemming from interactions arranged through our classifieds system.

You agree to completely indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoFiti and its parent entities from any legal claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or attorney fee requirements stemming directly from your uploaded vehicle material, your breach of local transit codes, or your misrepresentation of custom parts parameters.

All legal notifications, official documentation demands, data removal requests, or copyright alerts must be formatted in clear English and routed exclusively to these corporate coordinates:
