We do not run pre-listing background checks on the legal title history, structural crash history, or customs duty status of individual vehicles posted by site users.

2. The "As-Is, Where-Is" Trading Protocol

Every single piece of text, pricing data, feature checkbox, and image uploaded to our site is generated entirely by independent third parties (dealers and private owners).
